Return and Refund Policy

All Products that the User has successfully ordered from the Website and received from the relevant Seller may be returned to the Seller in compliance with the conditions outlined in the Seller's policy.

Products not accepted for return:

  • Products that the User has damaged.
  • Products that have changed in quality, quantity, or other aspects.
  • Products that, in the Seller's opinion, are not the Products that were delivered.
  • Any other situations that the Website and/or the Seller may from time to time notify or deem appropriate.

Exchanges or Returns:

  1. Within 15 days of the order's delivery, a return or exchange shall be initiated.
  2. The product's tags must be intact.
  3. The item must be intact, unwashed, and in its original state.
  4. The original packaging must be returned with the item.

If www.in.tornado.store does not allow item collection, customers may use any courier service to return the parcel. Users must provide Proof of Delivery (PoD) from the courier to confirm the return. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed if the Seller receives the product.

Refunds for courier fees require a valid RVP slip or written certification from the courier service. Refunds will be initiated only when the user provides this documentation.

After the product is returned, or if the user does not receive it within the prearranged timeframe, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued, minus any applicable courier fees or other costs as determined by the website. Refunds are not available for products where the refund facility is not offered.

If a product is delivered soiled, damaged, or does not match product specifications, replacements will be provided under the Seller's replacement policy. Size exchanges may result in price differences.

Refunds will be issued within 15–18 working days to the same payment method used, or for COD orders, to the user's wallet or bank account via NEFT.

Users must comply with applicable laws such as the Foreign Exchange Management Act, Customs Act, IT Act, PMLA, FCRA, and Income Tax Act.

Refund Policy:

  • www.in.tornado.store monitors orders for fraud and may cancel any order in case of suspicious activity.
  • Orders may be cancelled for pricing errors, stock shortages, or insufficient user information.
  • Promotional coupons used for cancelled orders may not be reimbursed.
  • Suspicious activity may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

Fraudulent User Behavior:

  • Ignoring payment verification emails.
  • Failure to provide proper documentation.
  • Abuse of someone else's email or phone.
  • Incorrect contact details.
  • Misuse of coupon codes.
  • Returning incorrect merchandise.
  • Refusing to pay for orders.
  • Snatching or manipulating orders.

Business Loss Cases:

  • Users with an extremely high return rate.
  • Incomplete or invalid address cases.
  • Persistent small payment disputes.
  • Accounts flagged for fraud or loss to business may be blocked, forfeiting loyalty or referral credits.

Bulk Orders:

  • Orders intended for commercial resale, not personal use.
  • Multiple orders of the same product at the same location.
  • Incorrect addresses provided.
  • Dishonest activity when placing orders.
  • Promotional vouchers for bulk orders are non-refundable.

Partial Orders:

  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours after delivery.
  • Provide a summary of the issue and photos of packaging, if applicable.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders are processed after investigation.
  • Failure to provide sufficient details or evidence may make the user ineligible for a refund.
  • Users have 3–4 days after delivery to dispose of packaging; it may be collected for inspection.
