Return and Refund Policy

All Products that the User has successfully ordered from the Website and received from the relevant Seller may be returned to the Seller in compliance with the conditions outlined in the Seller's policy.

But, no Products will be accepted by the Seller in the following cases: (a) Products that the User has damaged; (b) Products that have changed in quality, quantity, or other aspects; (c) Products that, in the Seller's opinion, are not the Products that were delivered; and (d) Any other situations that the Website and/or the Seller may from time to time notify or deem appropriate.
Regarding exchanges or returns: 


3.1. Within 15 days of the order's delivery, a return or exchange shall be started.
3.2. The product's tags ought to be in tact.
3.3. The item must be intact, unwashed, and in its original state.
3.4 The original packaging must be returned with the item.

The onus will be on the User to demonstrate, by presentation or submission of Proof of Delivery (PoD) from the relevant logistic service provider, that the claimed shipment was either empty or not delivered to www.in.tornado.store in the event that the return is initiated and subsequently couriered by the User. However, the User may not receive a refund or exchange if the Seller or www.in.tornado.store does not receive the Product. In this regard, the User releases www.in.tornado.store from any liability.


Refunds for courier fees are contingent upon the receipt of a valid RVP slip or a written certification from the courier service attesting to the completion of the RVP for a specific shipment or order.
Refunds will only be started if the user successfully provides the RVP slip that was provided at the time of pick-up in the event that there is a dispute in the status of reverse pick-up of a product (i.e., the user claims the product has been returned, but our system indicates otherwise).

8. www.in.tornado.store shall not be held responsible for items that are unintentionally returned. When a product that does not belong to www.in.tornado.store is returned by error, www.in.tornado.store is not liable for the product's replacement or loss, nor is it responsible for returning the item to the user.

After the product is returned or if the user does not get it within the prearranged time frame, the user will be eligible to obtain a full refund of the purchase price, less any applicable courier fees and any other costs that the website may, in its sole discretion, deduct. A User will not be eligible for a refund if they do not submit a refund claim by the Terms. The User will not be eligible for a refund for Products in which the refund facility is not offered, either fully or in part.


If a product is delivered that is soiled, damaged, or deviates from the product specifications listed on the website, all products that the user has ordered are eligible for a replacement under the terms of the seller's replacement policy, as stated above. Only product returns or exchanges in compliance with the specific Seller's return policy will be accepted by www.in.tornado.store.
If there is a size exchange, any price difference will be lost. This will hold regardless of how much the goods being traded cost now or in the future.


Any refund will be issued within 15 to 18 working days at the same issuing bank that sold the product. For cash on delivery transactions, the user may choose to have the refund credited to the wallet associated with his or her user account on the website, or the user may choose to get the refund in any bank account via NEFT (for which the user must disclose the bank credentials).
Refunds for payments made electronically via debit card, credit card, net banking, wallet, etc., must be issued via the same method of payment.
The User understands that the Website will not be responsible for any losses, interests, or claims, etc. that arise from an order not being processed or from an order processing delay that is beyond our control.


The Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 and its regulations, the Customs Act, the Information and Technology Act, 2000 as amended by the Information Technology (Amendment) Act 2008, the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and its regulations, the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 1976 and its regulations, the Income Tax Act, 1961 and its regulations, and any other laws that may be applicable are among the laws that all Users and Sellers must abide by. 


  1. Refunds

17.2. The following circumstances, among others, could lead to the User being deemed fraudulent:

The payment verification email issued by tornado.store is not answered by the user.
When verifying payment details, users fail to present sufficient documentation.
Abuse of another person's email or phone
Users utilize erroneous phone numbers and emails.
Abuse of a coupon code
using a unique coupon that isn't associated with the email address utilized.
Customers return incorrect merchandise.
The user declines to pay for the order.
Users participate in the snatching and sprint for any given order. 


17.3. Should any of the following situations occur, the User would be deemed to have suffered a loss to business:

An extremely high return rate user
Incomplete or invalid address cases
persistent demands for payment for small matters
Users' accounts that fit within the categories of fraud or loss to business may be blocked. In such a scenario, any credits obtained through loyalty or referral programs will be lost. 


17.4. At any point during the product delivery process, www.in.tornado.store has the right to cancel any orders that meet specific criteria and are classified as "Bulk Orders." If an order satisfies the requirements listed below as well as any other requirements specified by www.in.tornado.store, it may be categorized as a "bulk order":

The ordered goods are intended for commercial resale rather than personal use.
Depending on the product category, multiple orders may be placed for the same product at the same location.

incorrect address provided in the order information
Any dishonesty committed when placing the order
It is not possible to get a refund for any promotional voucher used to place the "Bulk Order." 


17.5. In the event that a user complains about a partial item or partial order:
If a user does not report pilferage within 48 hours after delivery, their claim will not be considered.
An email requesting/supplying the following data will be sent:
A brief synopsis of the case will be provided (a few questions will be posed to us to better grasp the situation).
The packet and other box snapshots (if any)(Aim to conceal any sides that appear altered or damaged based on user feedback.)
Following an investigation, prepaid orders will be refunded. 

If the user finds themselves in any of the following situations, they could not be eligible for a refund:
Users don't provide enough details about the case
Users neglect to supply screenshots of the box and packet (if any).
The same day that a delivery is opened, theft claims have to be filed.
After delivery, users have three to four days to dispose of the packing. We may need to pick up your packing so we can look into it.
