Service Warranty Policy

  1. Tornado Watches Warranty:
    Tornado Watches (purchased only from Tornado authorized sellers) are warranted against all manufacturing defects for a period of three (3) years from the date of retail online purchase, subject to the exceptions listed below.
  2. Exclusions (Warranty does not cover):
    • Normal wear and tear.
    • Damage caused by mishandling, including glass, straps, and bracelets.
    • Damage caused by opening/disassembling/repairing/servicing at an unauthorized service outlet.
    • Damage due to water entry in a non-water-resistant watch.
    • Damage due to exposure to chemicals and solvents.
    • Physical dents and scratches on the watch.
  3. Conditions of Warranty:
    • Movements – Free replacement within three years of retail purchase for all analog/chronograph movements.
    • Plating peel off – Free replacement of Case or Bracelet for plating peel off, rusting, or corrosion within three years of retail purchase.
    • The Brand reserves the option to repair your watch by installing new or reconditioned parts, or replace it with an identical/similar/equivalent value watch.
    • If a full watch replacement is needed, the same model will be replaced; if discontinued/unavailable, it will be replaced with an equivalent model as deemed by Tornado Group.
    • The Brand does not have a product refund policy; watches purchased shall not be taken back.
    • To avail warranty benefits, the Customer must visit/deliver the watch to a Tornado Authorized Service Centre. The Customer bears all transportation, delivery, and handling charges.
